You can apply for a return when the order is in completed status. Return must be requested within 14 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in the original selling condition with all tags and packaging (if any) intact. Please note some items may not be available for return due to hygiene reason (e.g. panty, sticky bra), please visit the “Return Policy” page for more details.
