About Membership Validity and Tiers
1. Can I enjoy my membership privileges at offline stores if I registered my membership through the 6IXTY8IGHT official website or mobile APP?
Sure! Simply provide your registered mobile number or email before checkout at offline stores, then you can enjoy your membership privileges including member points, birthday cash vouchers, and more!
2. I become a Gold / Diamond member. How long will the membership last?
Gold and Diamond membership are valid for one year from the date of upgrade. When the membership expires, your membership tier will be adjusted based on your accumulated spending over the previous 12 months. If your accumulated spending meets the spending requirement of your current membership tier, your membership tier will remain the same. Otherwise, your membership tier will be downgraded accordingly.
About Member Points and Member Privileges
1. When will my member account reflect the member points that I earned after purchase?
For offline purchases, member points will be credited to your member account within 3 working days after purchase. For online purchases, member points will be credited to your member account within 3 working days after your order has been dispatched.
2. I become a Gold / Diamond member in my birthday month. Will I receive my Birthday Cash Voucher?
Birthday Cash Vouchers will be issued to members whose birthdays fall in that month on the first day of each month according to their membership tier. If a Basic Member becomes a Gold / Diamond Member after the first day of the birthday month, the Birthday Cash Voucher will not be issued for that birthday month.
3. Why didn’t I receive my Birthday Cash Voucher?
Members who become Gold / Diamond Members or enter their birthday information during their birthday month will not receive a Birthday Cash Voucher for that month. They will receive it during their next birthday month instead.
4. Where can I check my member coupons and member points?
You may log in to your account on the 6IXTY8IGHT official website and check your member coupons or current member points under “My Account” > “My Coupons” or “My Points”.
If you use the 6IXTY8IGHT mobile APP, you may log in to your account and check your member coupons and current member points under “My Account” > “Points/Coupons”. Scroll down the page to refresh the data if the page is blank or showing “0”.
5. What should I do if I did not receive the correct number of member points or my coupon?
For enquiries related to member points or coupons, please contact our Customer Service Team (eshoptw@6ixty8ight.com) and provide relevant information such as your registered email or mobile number, sales receipt, etc. We will follow up on your case and provide assistance as soon as possible.
Member Points Rewards and Redemption – Terms and Conditions
1. Members can earn 1 member point for every NT$4 spent. Member points are calculated based on the final payment amount after all discounts, promotions, and member point redemptions have been applied.
2. Every 100 member points can be redeemed for NT$20 upon purchase.
3. Member points will expire on the last day of the same month, one year after they are earned. Expired member points will be automatically forfeited and will not be reissued.
4. Member points will be credited to the member account within 3 working days after purchase. For online purchases, if member points have been redeemed and a return request is submitted afterwards, the redeemed member points will be returned to the member account within 3 working days after the return request has been completed.
10% Off Welcome Coupon – Terms and Conditions
1. The 10% Off Welcome Coupon will be issued to newly registered members only. Members can enjoy 10% off the entire purchase of regular-priced items, discounted items, or promotional bundle-priced items.
2. No minimum spending is required. The 10% Off Welcome Coupon is valid for 7 days from the date of membership registration and can be used at all Taiwan offline stores, the official website, and the mobile APP.
3. The 10% Off Welcome Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons, or exclusive promotional offers. Each purchase can enjoy only one member offer (except member point earning and redemption).
4. For online purchases using the 10% Off Welcome Coupon, the coupon will not be reissued in the event of any product return.
Member Birthday Cash Voucher – Terms and Conditions
1. Birthday Cash Vouchers will be issued on the first day of each month to members whose birthdays fall in that month according to their membership tier. Gold Members will receive a NT$168 Birthday Cash Voucher, while Diamond Members will receive a NT$268 Birthday Cash Voucher. The Birthday Cash Voucher can be redeemed as NT$168 / NT$268 upon purchase of regular-priced items, discounted items, or promotional bundle-priced items.
2. Only members who have entered their birthday information before their birthday month are entitled to receive a Birthday Cash Voucher. Members who become Gold / Diamond Members during their birthday month, or members who enter their birthday information during their birthday month, will receive the Birthday Cash Voucher in their next birthday month.
3. No minimum spending is required. The Birthday Cash Voucher is valid until the last day of the birthday month and can be used at all Taiwan offline stores, the official website, and the mobile APP.

5. For online purchases using the Birthday Cash Voucher, the voucher will not be reissued in the event of any product return.
Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Members must select “Taiwan” as their membership registration region in order to enjoy the membership privileges and benefits above. The membership region cannot be changed once registration is completed.
2. Any member coupon or cash voucher that has been used will not be reissued in the event of any return or exchange.
3. Each person may hold only one membership account. If duplicate registration or multiple membership accounts are found, 6IXTY 8IGHT (TAIWAN) LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH (HONG KONG) reserves the right to suspend or terminate such membership account(s) without prior notice. All accumulated member points and unused coupons under the affected account(s) will be forfeited.
4. Members’ personal data is collected for internal use and member communications only, including but not limited to the following purposes:
• Daily operation and management of the loyalty program;
• Notifying members of the latest products, promotional information, or any amendments to the loyalty program;
• Providing member offers or benefits based on members’ personal data or purchase records;
• Processing and analysing members’ personal data or purchase records to better understand members’ shopping behaviour, preferences, and needs.
5. 6IXTY 8IGHT (TAIWAN) LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH (HONG KONG) reserves the right to amend the loyalty program, promotional offers, and these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be announced on the official website and shall become effective from the date of announcement. In case of any disputes, 6IXTY 8IGHT (TAIWAN) LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH (HONG KONG) reserves the right of final decision.
